Our Discovery Process

Every candidate for the team goes through our Discovery Process. It is a carefully designed process to help both parties discover whether we are a good fit long term.

A few of the elements that are considered include culture, attitude, mindset, goals, track record and motivation. Through this process we have created an environment of positivity, motivation, accountability, high-performance and fun. As you go through the process, we take a "what you see is what you get" approach so there are no surprises in who we are, how we operate, and what is expected. Questions are always welcome.

The fact is, the way we operate as a team is not a fit for everyone and vice versa. That is why we will always check in after every discovery step and ask "red light or green light?" in order to continue to the next step in the discovery process. There is no right or wrong, it's truly about team and personal preference.

Compared to the typical interview process, our discovery process is much more thorough. This approach is proven to protect the integrity and culture of the team to ensure the best results for all team members. When we have a new member of the team, everyone is ready to help that person succeed. We have an attitude of "It takes a village to raise a child" so every single new hire impacts every team member in some way. We take this to heart and respect everyone's energy and time by going through our process with each candidate very carefully.
