2) Variety of Agent Opportunities

We are accepting applications from both new and seasoned agents. We focus on the core quality of the individual more than the years in the business. We believe real estate can be taught, but honesty, work ethic, morals, a servants heart, teamwork, and a strong desire to succeed are innate qualities that a candidate must carry for the arrangement to be a win-win. You will receive 1-on-1 coaching, training, accountability and mentoring. We also empower each team member to push each other to help each other grow and to hold each other accountable. We are equipped to give the right candidate the tools and resources to make a six figure income. The ideal candidate is someone who is committed to developing their real estate career and willing to work within a team environment. We're an ever changing, very dynamic team that loves to redefine "possible" through innovation and teamwork. 3) Variety of Administrative Opportunities

 We have several positions we are interviewing for on our administrative team. Experience and a real estate license is a plus. Mindset and attitude are equally as important as raw skill set. We are a team that embrace positive mindset and a solution oriented approach. We are purposeful in our actions and make decisions in a way that serves the client and our team in a win-win fashion. One of the unconventional views we carry is that every member of the team is expected to display different forms of leadership in their own arena and to grow their skillsets as well. You will receive 1-on-1 coaching, training and mentoring for this purpose. We are looking for someone who desires to grow, be challenged, willing to step outside of their comfort zone for the purpose of personal dn professional growth.
