Hiring Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support and assistance. This role is an entry point into a variety of other growth opportunities based on the skillset and strengths displayed.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents
  • file and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • manage and maintain schedules, appointments, errands
  • arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • answer and manage incoming calls
  • receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • interact with external clients
  • co-ordinate project-based work
  • review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • administrative assistance for multiple similar/related businesses

Education and Experience

  • proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • real estate, mortgage or title experience preferred, not required
  • knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
