Very convenient to interstate system, shopping and restaurants...not too far of a drive to the beach! Includes one covered/assigned parking space and one unassigned/not covered space. Water/garbage included with rent. You would only pay the JEA for electric and any cable service. You would have access to Clubhouse pool and amenities such as an exercise room and a place for car cleaning. No pets. Association is completely NON SMOKING! There is a $100.00 admin fee for the association and you have to meet with them and go over the rules and regulations. $50.00 non refundable application fee per person over 18 in the household.
