These parcels are located in NE Bartow County along East Pleasant Valley Road and Towe Chapel Road The land is forested with mostly mature planted pine stands. Purchaser is responsible for survey. The division of this tract is subject to approval of Bartow County. The parcels are sold subject to the following deed restrictions: Purchaser acknowledges that as owner of land adjoining or nearby the Property, Seller has a vested interest in the use and type of improvements that may be made on the Property. Accordingly, the Limited Warranty Deed shall contain a restriction (i) prohibiting any mobile homes to be located on the Property without Seller’s prior written consent, (ii) prohibiting poultry houses and rooster sheds and (iii) prohibiting any use that results in a nuisance to Seller’s adjoining land, such as, without limitation, any use that emits obnoxious or offensive noises or odors, without Seller’s prior written consent.
