Dolphin Island is a Gated Island Community in Liberty County. The Subdivision has all paved roads, a fully operating Water System, a fully operating Sewer System, and a fully operating HOA. This gated community has very nice and active Clubhouse, fully maintained Community Dock, 2 ponds on island , total of 60+ lots of minimum of 1.1 acres up to 1.7 acre sized lots. The HOA owns apprx. 30-45 acres of common area land. HOA is currently working on a proposed Boat Lift for the community, also in future plans are walking trails and more.
